TO CREATE IS MY BREATH

I consider myself an art alchemist because creation has always been my way home. Through flow and exploration I listen to what wants to be seen, to what’s ready to be healed. In that space between brush and breath, something begins to shift. It takes different forms depending on what wants to transform. 

 

Most pieces I create holds a conversation between the visible and the invisible. Between what was once too heavy to carry, and what is now ready to be released. I am often surprised what shows up, but curiousity leads the way. It’s a conversation. It’s transformative communication.

 

This is my alchemy. Turning what life has given me; the light, the loss, the longing into something that hopefully breathes hope back into the world by me sharing it. ​
